Our Mission at Peace, Love & Wellness is to have you leave feeling better than when you arrived. To provide services that assist in optimal health and wellness while also providing a sense of community.

We currently offer a variety of massage services, Reiki sessions and integrative health coaching. We also have different styles of yoga and dance classes. We offer mostly adult classes but provide dance and yoga series for kids as well. There is a guided meditation group that meets Monday evenings and I can't forget to mention our Infrared Sauna.
