Kripalu Yoga is an interplay of body, mind and energy. Within the physical body is a subtle flow of rhythmic, energy pulsations that we call prana, or life force. Even the most insignificant thought can disturb or block this flow of energy, creating imbalance or even disease.

Buti Yoga is a fast paced flow of power yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics. This is a weight bearing workout and a basic knowledge of yoga is recommended. Drop your ego's at the door, sweat with intention and join the beautiful Buti tribe of women that support and encourage one another!

his 45 minute class with begin with a gentle warm up then move into fully supported postures with the use of bolsters and props. The class will consist of 2-5 restorative postures which will be held for up to 5 minutes each. This class is intended to calm, center and restore balance to the body. When we slow down and get present with the use of breath and guided relaxation we allow our nervous system to enter a "rest and renew" state.

Vinyasa yoga is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses. This style of practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. This style is beneficial for the mind and body- the flow of movement re-energizes the body and the synchronized breath relaxes the mind.
